Answer what you can — “I don't know yet” is a real and useful answer. Nothing here obliges you to anything.

This is the first of several questionnaires. Each round draws out a little more of what you know, and we format it into a shared knowledge grid that helps you and every later participant — and helps us draft your story and materials.

The platform holds no payments and no customer data. When you finish, this page assembles your answers into a document you send to us through your own channel (e.g. WeChat) — we capture nothing automatically.

Your idea stays yours: what you write is timestamped to you, never pooled, and the operator commits not to pursue your product, market and source without you. No equity, no commission, no cut.

What do you want to bring from China to Europe, and to whom? One paragraph.

What made you think of it?

Where are you today: just an idea · have samples · already sold some · running informally?

3 · The product

What exactly is it? Material & composition, how it is used, roughly its cost per piece.

Do you make it, or resell it? If you resell, who makes it, and how well do you know them?

Is it scented, worn on skin, ingested, or does it claim any health/benefit?

This decides which laws apply — answer honestly; it protects you.

What certificates or test reports exist already (e.g. SGS), and who holds them?

Do you have samples or photos to put in front of a first European buyer?

4 · The source and supply

If you resell: how reliable is your source? Minimum order, and lead time?

If you make it: where, at what scale, and could you scale up?

Do you have more than one possible source, or does everything depend on one?

5 · The buyers

Who is the buyer — a community, a city, a kind of person? Be specific.

Do you already have a route to them, or would it start from nothing?

What do they buy today instead, and from whom?

Why would they choose your product over that — price, trust, authenticity, something unavailable elsewhere?

What price do you imagine it selling for in Europe — real comparison or a guess?

6 · The story

In one or two sentences, the TRUE story of this product and the people behind it.

A story may choose what to emphasise, but it must never claim something untrue.

7 · Testing it — the sandbox

Could you get a few genuine samples to Europe (carried or posted as personal samples/gifts)?

Comfortable that during testing no money runs through the platform, only directly between you and the person?

What result would tell you 'yes, this is worth building'?

8 · What you want, and how far you'd go

What do you most want here — feedback · contacts · learning the legal & logistics path · help with materials · something else?

If the test works, would you build a real operation yourself, or look for partners?

How much time and money would you put into a test, roughly, and over what period?

9 · What you already know about the hard parts

Have you ever shipped goods across a border before? What happened?

Do 'duty, import VAT, HS code, Incoterms' mean something to you, or would you want us to walk you through them?

No wrong answer — this tells us where to help.
