What we record, where, and how
Plainly, and honestly. We designed this to hold as little of your data as possible.
The website records almost nothing
This website sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics, and calls no third parties. The only thing it stores is your language and theme choice — and that stays in your own browser, never sent to us. Your questionnaire answers are assembled inside your browser; the website itself does not receive or store them.
What the operator holds, when you send it
When you choose to send your answers (through your own channel — WeChat or email), the operator keeps them in a private store that he controls, encrypted and backed up encrypted. Two kinds of information are kept apart:
Your identity
Your name and contact details — kept in a separate, more strongly protected record, linked to the rest only by that reference.
So even if the larger record were ever exposed, it would not identify you — the two are only ever joined by a key the operator holds separately.
Please do not write your name, phone or WeChat inside the answer boxes — put contact details only where the form asks for them, so they stay in the protected record.

Why we may keep it
Only with your consent — given when you choose to send your answers.
How long
Only as long as needed for your validation, then deleted or anonymised — the shortest we practically can.
Your rights
Just ask the operator to see, correct, or delete what he holds about you. Deleting your identity record makes everything else anonymous, so there is nothing left that points to you. We never hold your buyers' data — buyers deal with you directly, on your own channel.
